Vice President of Marketing and Sales

Description: 

The Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Carsley Solutions will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans to drive growth and achieve company objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in marketing and sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing and sales strategy to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
  • Set current and long-term goals for the marketing and sales teams.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing and sales budget.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and sales team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Marketing and Sales Manager

Description: 

The Marketing and Sales Manager at Carsley Solutions will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing and sales activities, implementing marketing campaigns, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and sales metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials and content.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing and sales activities and results.
  • Maintain Prospects, Customers, Leads, Opportunities in salesforce or similar CRM tool.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Software Engineer

Description: 

Design, code, test, and implement software (SW) and web-based applications, including AI-enabled and computationally complex solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements and check feasibility, use/maintain existing GitHub-Azure CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps.
  • Support system architecture and optimization under supervision, and collaborate with Teams and Customers as needed.
  • Responsible for database development and integration, supporting cloud platform deployment on Azure.
  • Visit Customers on-site for inspection and troubleshooting.
  • Ann Arbor, MI headquarters; telecommuting permitted. Position requires approximately 10 domestic trips/yr.

Qualifications:

  • Requires Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely-related technical field and coursework in Database Management System, Software Engineering, AI in Education, and Computational Complexity.
